Hotel Baker's primary ghost story involves a chambermaid from the hotel's early days who tragically drowned herself in the Fox River after a romance ended poorly. Guests have reported experiencing disembodied voices, having their bed sheets tugged, witnessing lights cycling independently, and doors moving without physical interaction.
