The site is believed to be haunted by at least two ghosts, including the former owner's wife, and a workman who threw himself to his death. Guests have reported using Ouija boards and experiencing planchette movement, phones being thrown, feeling physical contact (slap), keys flying off tables, seeing dark figures, and capturing figures peeking from doors on video.
