Generals' Quarters Inn, originally built as an Episcopal church in 1869 and converted into a home in 1872, has a history involving various owners including a Confederate Major, a judge who died on the property in 1920, and even a period as a bordello in the mid-20th century. However, the most commonly reported haunting centers around a servant believed to have died after drunkenly falling down a flight of stairs.
